Spore - Draco Sapien

This is a creature I made up. It is meant to be a small type of dragon only 15 feet long and 5 feet tall. They have human intelligence and use technology to defend themselves though they still have the ability to breath fire and fly. They are residents of a different galaxy where dragons have evolved to the sentient race instead of humans; their home planet is named Dracora meaning "Dragon God" as this is indeed the planet where draco sapiens began.
